And then shipped to me. Once she was tied and the other was not. The souls were discolored from being walked on in the box was ripped as if it had been shoved shut. the insole was folded within itself by the toe and the shoe itself did not fit &was way too small for the size I always take in shoes. I would like a refund on these shoes and free return if possible.
