    Seller put the wrong address and receiver details. DHL failed to deliver due to "unknown recipient" then seller gets their product returned by DHL and gets to keep my cash as well. Not only do you get one star for failing to resolve this as a seller on my behalf with DHL, you don't have the courteousy to even respond back and figure this out. I've been on ebay for 17 years with 100% feedback and you are the absolute worst.
