    I applied 2 gallons of the "sealer" to a new concrete foundation. I'm late 50's, farm full time, and I've used some nasty chemicals over the years, but this stuff is nasty. Outdoors, late day, no direct sun, 70°F. .....I was wearing goggles, body shop type 3M respirator, the super strong solvent smell will knock you down. I mixed before applying. 24 hours later, little sheen, but still strong odor. A farm building, but if this was near a house, the smell would run you out.
