Great product
Worked perfectly. We had a new HVAC unit installed 2 years ago and some of the mastic around the air handler had some minor cracks and air was leaking out. Very easy to use. Put a little dab on a 1-inch paint brush and worked it in. I had read some reviews of other similar products being runny and dripping. Not with this. I shook up the tube really well to be sure it was well mixed before using. Its dark grey in color. I painted over it to match the off while color of the mastic that was already on it.
