My concerns were valid-sure enough when the item arrived it was missing parts. The ad listed the item and all the parts included. I emailed seller regarding this: again, no answer. They have great access to hard-to-find parts but their customer service & communications suck. BTW the item is useless without the missing parts. It's a shame I won't be returning to this seller.

Now the not so good, this dovetail jig is advertised as being aluminum, but it is definitely not, it is some kind of plastic, the description needs changed to reflect what you are actually getting
