It was a good value, but there were some discrepancies with the item that the seller had not noticed. I would not complain though, as the seller was very prompt in responding to my concerns and offering a full refund without any encouragement from me overall I would be happy to work with the seller again, and I feel confident in recommending them. I do feel they do their best and everybody makes mistakes.

However, there was a snafu with the item being cancelled after payment, due to a problem with making a shipping label by seller. eBay was helpful by informing me the error was not on my end. I had to act as a liaison between eBay and seller and the item had to be reliste, then re-purchased. The garment was directly placed in a shipping bag with no other protection. Fortunately all ok.
