    Must See

    I loved this series. Actors were all great and believable, costumes, setting, all good. Fascinating to see what doctors had to go through learning about the human body and how it reacted to things. I think the scary part is that they are still learning on us. "practicing medicine" Anyway, this was to me a historical fiction of the medical profession. Also, not as a side bar but also very insightful was the blatant racism! Hard to stomach, really. Also did a great job showing the insidiousness of addiction, and the naivete of the public about the issue (doctors, in particular).

    Worth the Watch

    A most engaging series; great story lines, good acting, ambiance (early 1900's) and costumes. All that is needed to make an educational and entertaining film experience. I highly recommend The Knick.
