This set collects three different takes on the master sleuth, Sherlock Holmes. First comes Billy wilder's The Private Life Of Sherlock holmes - chronicling the first time Holmes falls in love. Next up is the lauded 1959 British version of the Hound Of The Baskervilles, with Peter Cushing as Holmes and Christopher Lee as Sir Henry Baskerville. Lastly, is the marvelous Holmes parody, Without A Clue, which supposes that Holmes was a fictional character devised by his chronicler Dr. Watson (Ben Kingsley). When would-be clients clamor to meet Holmes, a desperate Watson hires an unknown actor (Michael Caine) to portray the Great Detective.

    The Hound of Baskerville

    Sherlock Holmes is a classic detective story. Especially with the older movie versions. I love the Peter Cushing he portrays Holmes to me better than any other actor has.
