    It took almost a month to receive item. I contacted seller and expressed concern that by the time the item was finally going to be sent, we would no longer be at the shipping address. Seller disregarded my entire message and just told me to be patient. It did come a few days earlier than projected (still almost a month after ordering.) It came with no instructions. Very disappointed with seller’s customer service skills. Shameful, can’t believe their rating is as high as it is!
