    Sent wrong item, no apology. Slow to respond during first two stages of the return process but at least issued my refund promptly. I then reordered - ( $2.50 price increase) and did receive the correct item. Packing for both shipments consisted of unpadded manila envelopes. The blister pack on the replacement item was damaged but thankfully the contents appear to be intact.
