GREAT PRODUCT!
This is their old model. I bought it to replace the identical model I had, which finally died on me after 10 years of use. Excellent product! The new ones are awful. You can't adjust the intensity of the spray, whereas on this old model, you can. And it's so much easier to use without the digital display. Just turn the knob on the transmitter and press the button. I love it. It really helped me train my dog on recalls. Now, all I have to do is use the tone, and he comes running. And he's happy, too, because he's sensitive and he doesn't like if I yell at him. This way, the collar does the yelling, in a way that makes him obey but doesn't upset him. Everyone should write to the company and ask them to bring this model back. I was very lucky to find NOS. Thank god for Ebay.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Unsure how to proceed. Collar does not charge. Will work on it as I love the concept.
I am unable to get the collar charged and able to turn on. The lights flicker when charging, never turn green. No reaction to the Remote seemed to be charged. I followed the charging directions but noticed the collar charge light never turned green. There is a red and green light that flickers while charging.
