    Good product. Fast shipping by the seller. It's a shame that when ordering two items, they aren't shipped in one package. It's also a shame that the items are cheaper on the website, which I unfortunately only noticed later. The delivery took days longer than the maximum stated date; the seller can't be held responsible for that, it's due to eBay's international shipping.

    Excellent product. I used a larger extractor to remove a tight fitted riser stud that broke in an old Harley springer. It worked like a charm first try. I bought this to remove the other half of the stud from the riser. I'm confident it'll be a breeze with this extractor.
