After messaging back and forth several times (they wanted photos, etc) they finally agreed to refund 3/4 of the purchase price (I placed the order for the wrong size and they don't sell the size that I need). Hopefully the refund will go through.

    Appears items are being shipped from china despite the listing saying texas. Weeks behind on delivery and still haven’t received the item.
