He drove to FedEx and spent hours on the phone with both FedEx and Ebay. This was because the item I ordered couldn't be delivered due to construction at the location and the FedEx Driver could not actually get into the office address. The Ebay / FedEx system for managing address changes is extremely poor. With this seller we overcame adversity!
