He is sending a numbered poster as well as a return label for the original poster that was sent. He explained that sometimes posters aren’t numbered and it was most likely an honest oversight. I have also seen this happen for countless other Billy Strings shows. Rest assured I have sent you another poster as a replacement for the unnumbered one. The new replacement poster has a number out of #/700 on it. We only sell 100% authentic posters that we obtain at the venues across the country. I spend the entire year on the road hitting shows and obtaining posters. Customer service is our #1 priority.
