The inside of the storage case was dusty from the fuzzy layer on the case dividers. The PU leather on magnetic latch on the case is cracked where it hinges to the case. But overall, happy with my purchase.

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended

The shipping was with UPS and came within two days. The package came from Dyson refurbished , so it was Dyson certified and even contained paperwork showing that. The difference from ebay“ the Dyson store” seems to be that it is returnable and has a two year warranty with All State instead of not returnable and a 6 month warranty if directly from Dyson. All components are included as described including charger.

Just seems like a more just solution for a $300 item. The item is a gift for someone….now I have some explaining to do.
