    Perfect size for Carrying anywhere

    This RCA Portable Walkman is exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for taking on walks and vacations. The sound quality is excellent and it is easy to use. I can use any of my earphones and feel comfortable wherever I am using it. I enjoy music and am getting a lot of enjoyment from this RCA Portable Walkman. Plus, it is a great color and lightweight and feel it was perfect for me at a reasonable cost! I would recommend it to anyone!

    Good item, but they are hit and miss

    I have had 2 of these before buying this 3rd one here on ebay. The first failed quickly and after I took it back to the store-I got a replacement. The replacement lasted 4 years, but then being left in the hot car could have killed it faster. Easy to work. Good display. Nice solid buttons and seems well made compared to other brands. If a quality battery is used, it will last awhile, if not then the battery will fail fast. It seems better made than others that are on the market today and tried replacing the failed one w/ some of those other brands only to have them malfunction and had to return. I decided not to replace. Recently I really needed another and so came here to ebay to buy another of the RCA, since the RCA seems to be the best out there that I have found in recent years. The ...

    Got only half of what I wanted

    The FM radio works fine and sounds good. But I wanted to listen to books on CD, and THAT mechanism didn't even last three weeks. At first I thought it was the tapes. I get them from the library, and maybe the CDs were worn or warped. But I tried a half a dozen tapes from different sources, and in every case, after working fine for about three minutes, the cassette would suddenly stop working.

    Does the job!

    Can't seem to find brand name personal CD players in stores anymore. Glad to have found this at a reasonable price so I can still listen to my old CDs when I go walking. Also has radio, which Is what I preferred...although it does't have ability to enter presets. sound quality is good and I am satisfied with this purchase!

    I wanted a cd player and I got an fm radio.

    I bought this RCA CD player to listen to some cd's I haven't been able to hear. What I got is an FM STEREO radio. The CD player doesn't work. Not a happy consumer. I'm not sure it's worth sending it back as I don't think l will actually get what I ordered.
