    The new Keurig Coffee Maker is similar to my old machine, but does not have temperature control or timer and uses plastic instead of metal for the drip tray cover and handle. Operates well.

    Noisy New Keurig

    This is the 3rd Keurig our daughter is on. This was her Christmas present and so she's only been using it for 2 1/2 days. It does brew quickly, it's too new to be cleaned so I can't honestly say it's easy to clean yet and it is also easy to use. The main issue that we are having with this brand new product is that it is VERY noisy when it is brewing. Usually, most Keurig's are quiet as they brew when they are new: they don't start making so much noise until they get old. Not so with this one. Another negative feature is that the material that it is made of feels like cheap plastic. It does not feel sturdy. These two negative features have made us a bit wary about this purchase. We are all wondering how long this Keurig is going to last. Hopefully our worry will be in vain.

    Same old Same old Brew Problem

    I bought this to replace a Keurig that after a year or so starting just turning off on its own after starting its brew, then making a mess of the grinds in the K-Cup. Bought a new one, this one, got 3 good clean brews out of it and voila--same issue---powers off on its own when starting to dispense coffee. I am returning it to Keurig. Hard to believe this could happen, with an older one and a brand new one---exact same issue.

    Love it!

    My first Keurig, similar to this one lasted for many years. There are some differences, they use more plastic now but this one has a descaling mode which I like. My old one had a light flashing when having to add water, this one has a button that lights up, I like that too The coffee brews so quietly compared to my old one. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.
