I don't know that much about computer components but this is a copy of the one in my high end dell machine. it lasted 10 plus years so I figured it must be a good one. Being a manufacturer recondition the price was right compared to a new unit. Size Matters
It is always fun to get new things but when you get a 1tb hard Drive then you have 1024gb not 4gb like I received. This is not acceptable, and this prevented me from a finishing a build on time. I understand it could be just a bad one in a batch but I ran disk management and put it in another computer and same 4gb on the drive in each place.Verified purchase: Yes
