Attorney Jennifer Garrick (Rosalind Allen) carts a wooden Pinocchio doll home in the trunk of her car. The doll is evidence in a murder trial and becomes the catalyst and possibly the culprit in a series of slasher murders when Garrick's daughter Zoe (Brittany Alyse Smith) thinks the doll is a birthday present. As Zoe's mother tries to uncover the facts of her client's (Lewis Van Bergen) murder trial, the Pinocchio doll racks up a body count of anyone who gets on Zoe's bad side.
