      The box that arrived at my front door caught me by surprise....it looked like the kind of box you'd get for a birthday or a wedding gift. BUT, most importantly, it was the inside of the box that mattered. The seller made certain that the book was wrapped in bubble wrap, and then wrapped in cardboard, and then once again wrapped in bubble wrap. It was some seriously great packaging.
