The seller gives me a label for USPS to send back (witch will take another 6 plus days) to get back to them and another day or 2 for my refund! I don't think the box is came in was original manufacturer (it was just a plain white box), but it was packaged well. The phone fit snuggly in the box and the USB-C cord was still in it's original packaging. Just had to pop in the SIM card, sync the previous phone and it was good to go.
