Purchased this for medium format digital landscape set up for night shoots. Works fine, in fact it is my 3rd 3055 ballhead. They are a little stiff, and the QR plate is huge, controls are adequate to achieve proper function. Sub-par Quality Parts
Within a week of my purchase, one of the levers that tightens the head just snapped off (cheap pot metal). No big deal, I thought - I'll just get another one from Manfrotto.
