I contacted them and they had me send a picture of the items I received and the sticker on the box. The next day they said they would send me the pulley. It's been 19 days since then and I still didn't get the pulley. I have been on eBay for 25 years and never left negative feedback for anyone but they dropped the ball on this one. Be very cautious about buying from this seller.

I ordered from them on May 19th and by the 20th I knew we had an issue. UPS was tracking that only a label had been made, no package. I reported it to them. I was put off, then 2 days later I messaged again and was put off. Nothing was tracking. I KNEW we had an issue. They only resolved it after I requested a refund. Came in a couple of days. Communication was dishonest. Buyer Beware.

I used FedEX this time at a cost of $22.00 shipping with a total of $81.31!I It is hard to believe that a driver would say that the package was delivered when it was most definitely not! I THANKS!
