      My experience started out great. I fell in love with a vintage glass pitcher at the right price. Unfortunately, it arrived broken, even after the seller's best efforts to package it and mark the cardboard carton with the word "Fragile" on top and on the side. The seller gave me a full credit, and I am grateful. We both were sad about the incident.
