The packaging was a bit light for my liking, but it was not damaged (the couplers were loose in the box, but that's it). There was some paint damage on one side that was not shown or disclosed. One coupler pocket was broken and had to be modified, which was not mentioned. The seller said that they missed those things. I asked for a $5 refund, but they did better and sent $10 instead!
