Sometimes it takes a little longer to act, but I think it depends on how long I wait to take the product and or the intensity. I dilute it with water, and it gets the job done. If you feel it does not work because you may have another condition that is causing the problem, for example, problems with the gall bladder or even pancreatitis or even something else.
