    We love this scanner. It is the only scanner that we have sold for over 5 years. This is so serious that we will be forced to take on another ECR

    We have not been able to activate the scanner with the Bar Code set up sheets that we have been using for over 5 years, so the scanner is currently unusable. Your package contained a USB cable that connects directy to the scanner. It does not have the normal 9 pin serial cable connection that is required by the UNIWELL Electronic Cash Register. There isn't any way the USB cable is usable to replace a 9 pin serial connector. The scanner is not connected to a PC or device using a USB cable. We have been trying to get a Serial 7120 scanner since February. All of the suppliers have been out of the units that were manufactured prior to depletion of existing units manufactured last year. Something has changed on the mother board in the coding set up. We are desperate to have this scanner ...

    Problem Returning 1 of the scanners I ordered

    I bought a total of 11 scanners. I had a problem with one of them, I received it damaged. They sent me another one right a way. Then in my 3rd order I had problem with another one, I requested the return but it was denied, so I ended up with a damaged scanner. The other 10 scanners are working great tho. I normally buy 10 to 15 scanners like this per month. Found out in my case its better ordering directly from Alibaba, the only thing it takes forever so I'll probably order few more with them and see how it goes before I do this move to Alibaba.

    Plug and Play

    Works great with PC, Mac and Chromebooks. We use a program called SSICA that scans barcodes on student ID cards and this 7120 is fast in scanning and very easy to use. We use about 20 of these and they work great at our school.
