    Really bad customer service! I purchased this unit because it was listed as having a metal water line, the rubber line doesn’t last long at all where I live. They sent me a rubber line, and are now telling me it was an old photo on the listing that should have been changed on their end. I ask for a $20 refund so that I can purchase the line I need, and they refuse to refund anything! I will never purchase from this company again.
