    First- after buying this item for $89 I noticed the seller bumped their price for identical items to $169. Then they waited a full 6 days after receiving payment to ship the item, when I complained they blamed the USPS (despite them shipping late) and told me to "request a refund if i wasn't happy". I waited another week past the 'expected delivery date' and when it still didn't arrive I requested a refund, which the seller has STILL not approved. I would absolutely NOT recommend this seller.

    I purchased 5 Dell PC power supplies listed as brand new. When they arrived, all were clearly used, dusty, and in poor physical condition. I contacted the seller with photos, explaining I only wanted genuine new replacements, not used or pulled units. Two units were still in New Jersey, three had already been shipped to other country at my expense (over $150 in shipping/customs). The seller refused to send proper replacements internationally, instead telling me to “open a case with eBay” and off
