It works amazingly well, for the games I've used it with, on ultra high settings (but without uber-sampling) at a steady 60 fps. I've used it with farcry 3, the Witcher 2, Sins of a solar empire, and civilization V (the difference being smooth, quick gameplay for civ V). The graphics on some games have problems in certain areas, for an example, in farcry 3 there is one kind of bush that instead of moving slightly as you walk through it, it will aggressively wobble like a bush shaped jelly on steroids. The problems I assume get fixed through patches every now and then so I personally don't see it as much of a problem, and for me it adds a little more entertainment to some games.
There's not much else to say about a GTX 1070. They're a known quantity for the most paRT. the honly nit-pick I have with this card is that it is a bit finicky with regard to displayport cable support. Some older cables simply don't work. There's no error given by the card, it just doesn't "see" your monitor and refuses to recognize them if they are connected via the displayports using an older (version 1.1?) displayport cable.

Great for a used product, still had the original plastic wrap on the logo. Performs as expected, no artifacts, runs fairly cool on moderate load, doesn't work well in 3-way SLI with current nvidia driver and Eve Online. Terrible cooling scheme for 3-way SLI though, as the exhaust blows back into the inlet space.

I have 16 of them running SETI@Home for 160 hours a week. They work well and rarely cause problems. Their speed is pretty much in the middle of pack compared with current GPU's, but they don't break down So, they are fairly fast, run coolly and currently don't cost a lot.

In 2020 this thing still performs well. It can play most modern games at 1080p with med to med/high settings at 60 fps. The 2 gb VRAM is holding it back some and I suspect in a couple of years this won't be a good option, but for now, if you're building a budget PC, I recommend picking one of these up for $50-$70 and use it as a place holder while you save up for a higher end video card.

Got 2 of these cards to render 3d. Made a heck of a difference. From 45 min down to 4. Quiet, but they do get warm. 850 watt psu on an i7 Windows machine.

The only downfall is the 2gig versions. I remember they used to say 1080p was fine with 1gig, But these days you need at least 3,or 4, But this will still run all games on high @1080P without a sweat! Wei score is 8.3

Great card, purchased it a used one and it does better than my 950. Today they’re both around the same price. I would pick the 770 over the 950. This old card still performs better than most cards today!
