I understand when a person makes a purchase for a lot of tools that they might have a few bad apples in that lot. With buying and selling a lemon happens. I would purchase from this vendor again in the future.

I should had looked closer at the photo, the tie rod puller was bent from previous use. Not usable or safe for use. I threw it away. So no refund for me. It did arrive quickly enough, and the packing of the product was good.

Isnt or wasnt seller s fault by any means that eyes didnt light up like package said it would. Prepackaged already no way to test honestly and i do believe if it could be tested it would ve been and not sold if didnt work. They just trying to make an honest living and not by selling dishonest stuff to people. My feedback and rating are for the product not who i purchased from. So wouldn t purchase that item again from anyone. Buying other things from this seller again absolutely!!
