Excellent for Non-Bio Majors
I love that the textbook is not one of those huge 1000 page biology book. There are a lot of picture examples that keeps it interesting. Although some chapters are pretty long it's written in a way that is understandable to all.

The book is pretty easy to read, and its not so heavy as other biology books. The pics in it are also pretty cool!

Interesting!
I had to take General Biological Science to complete my A.S. degree and this was the text that was required. I had borrowed the text for the class, but found it so interesting I decided to purchase the book.

Great price!
I bought this book because it was required for my college Biology for non-majors class. The price at the bookstore was almost triple from what I paid here. The chapters are pretty lengthy and pretty detailed but the charts and pictures really break it down for you!
