Item doesn't seem to work. Vonage service will not recognize it. Called Vonage, they were unable to get it to be recognized either. Tried buying a new phone thinking maybe that was the issue but it turned out to be an issue with this box. Seller said they never used it so they would not know it didn't work. Not happy about it but oh well.
