Makes installing a wet bar anywhere easy.
This is very handy to when you have to run a drain from A to B and have to go up. Pretty easy to install, had no leaks first try. I was fortunate enough to have utility room on other side of wall from new wet bar so I made a little stand for it to sit on in utility room and ran sink drain through wall.
