Item was stated as new but when we received that item had been taken out of the box and was not put back in properly. Seller said it was to take pictures. It did look to be used a few times. Saw water spots and the plates had white water stains in them. The item works and I worked with the seller to have them take care of our concerns. I would buy from this seller again.
