1st kit arrived very promptly (despite coming from overseas), well packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, mix ups happen and kit sent was not the one listed. Contacting seller via eBay messaging service was easy and they responded very promptly and positively. They sent the correct kit just as quickly as the first one, and did not ask for the incorrect one to be returned (I did offer to). Very impressed with how natsirt dealt with the issue. Would definitely buy from them again :)
