5 STAR Seller! Fast shipping and gave me a great price on dishes that I’ve wanted for years! Dishes were absolutely beautiful; no scratches at all…they looked brand new!!!! They were packed extremely well with bubble wrap between them and all arrived safely. Very happy with purchase and with this seller. Would definitely buy from again!!

Item was a little more beat up than I thought (legs are really loose). It was kind of stuffed/folded into the package, but at least it was wrapped with paper. Maybe expected a little more given the high shipping costs. All things considered though, it was an okay price, it got here quickly/safely, & I’d probably buy from again! Thanks!

Seller did not fully test item before posting - should have been listed for parts only. Drive rod does not rotate at all, even though the motor sounds like it’s turning. Delivery was smooth and well packaged, so I know it couldn’t have been damaged in transit. Food processor setup can be complex, so I confirmed that I had everything correct, and all troubleshooting videos indicate that the center rod should turn by hand if twisted. Contacted seller, they said it was an issue with my setup.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having trouble with your item. The item had been thoroughly tested and the blade did spin when plugged in and turned on. All of the safety catches have to be lined up so that the blade will spin. The rod in the middle is supposed to be stiff. I have tested that on another food processor. It was a working item when sold and tested multiple times. I hope you are able to figure out how to correctly use the item. Thank you again for your purchase.
