  • Classic Canadian Cooking

I bought this book to get an understanding of Canadian Cooking. I always questioned, "What is Canadian cooking?" Never have I heard the words, "Boy, I just have an urge for Canadian tonight!" "Lets go try that new Canadian restaurant." As I read the book, I realized why, the food is bland, and most recipes uninspired. The book is however educational.
