One shoe was missing an insole. I contacted seller & they said that both insoles were there when shipped. Obviously they weren’t. Seller then gave me the contact info for the shoe brand & told me to tell them that I purchased new but an insole was missing & can they send a new one? I’m not going to lie. The shoes should’ve been advertised that they needed insoles. That’s sellers responsibility. Period! Not happy that only one shoe is wearable & that new insoles will cost more than I pd for these
