Wrong one sent twice, had to file 2 returns. Also item was said to be shipped but they only printed a label. But it wasn’t actually sent until way later.

    Looks better than it works

    The rubber earpiece turns inside out everytime you pull it out of the holder. Bluetooth range is very limited. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a genuine LG product or just a Chinese knockoff. It was about half the price of my old headset, I thought it was because they had been out for a while. Also, three are no wireholder clips for the earpieces.

    Pleasantly surprised!

    This was amazing! I don't have any experience with another headset so I can't do any comparisons but so far this is beautiful. I was frankly scared to purchase any headset after reading all the negative reveiews. I listened to music non stop for 5 hours today and made several phone calls and both were very clear. I'm thinking of buying a second one just in case this one dies in the future and I will have a backup.
