The figurine was damaged (not in shipping). I believe it was just an oversight and not intentional by the seller. I saw the defect when the item arrived and then looked back at the posted images and could see the missing part. The description said mint condition. I contacted the seller and he immediately issued a refund. Seller ships fast and packed my items well. I give this seller positive feedback and I would purchase from him again. My other figurines all arrived in perfect.
