I mitakedly ordered the wrong shocks due to some confusion in the item description. When I requested to return, I was told I would have to pay return shipping which was almost the cost of the shocks. After explaining the circumstances to customer service, they sent me a prepaid shipping label. Great customer service!

File photos getting used by this seller my ball joint that I was expecting is nothing like the one I got in the mail it's the same joint that only lasts a year I was wanting to try the HD balljiont that's in there pictures in the ad. Shipping threw usps was very slow package was lost for 3 days. What I got is in the first picture what I was expecting is in second picture.
