I have been involved in this crazy hobby for about twenty years. When I received the CD player the tray would only eject 3/8" or so. Obviously, I was disappointed but I was VERY impressed with how the seller handled the situation. He accepted the return so he could confirm the issue and immediately refunded my $. THANK YOU!!!!!!
