It was definitely wrapped in enough bubble wrap as to keep it from harm as was power chord. So packaging was definitely a great rating. However, I am used to free shipping and the fact that I probably could gave bought the same thing for cheaper price and paid nothing fo shipping keeps that no 5 star. It was definitely a 5 star experience, I wonder if touch screen and backlighting of keys was worth it...
