This is the first negative feedback I've ever had to leave a seller. My problem is the shipping price. I bought this one doll that weighs 4 ounces and paid the outrageous shipping charge assuming this seller would refund the difference because they are 100 percent. I messaged seller and they weren't willing to refund the difference. It is what it is but the packing was lousy for what I paid and box dented because of it. I Won't be purchasing from this seller again.

1st of all the shipping was not unreasonalbe, comparable to what others were charging. 2nd, I had sent her a discount offer which stated the price & the shipping & she accepted the offer. 3rd, I clearly state in my listing that once an items is paid for that I do NOT refund any shipping. 4th, no one ever told me or showed me photos of this doll arriving damaged, this is the 1st I heard of this. I am sorry you didn't read the listing before buying but all my listings state this clearly.

I bought this hard drive last week to keep a backup of documents, pictures, videos and music. Positive: 1tb is great, finally I don't need to backup my files into a bunch of different things. I also like the RPM. For a occasion user it works great. I haven't found any negatives, but for some people the size and weight might be one. A sleek black case houses the drive, which is meant to lay horizontal. For those who would like to save desk space, this drive might not be for you. The drive is also designed to be powered 'on' whenever plugged in, which for me is it's only con. All-in-all, the space, the reliability, and the trusted name are excellent.What's there not to love about a Seagate drive? Seagate external HD, A must have for extra storage!
First off, if you are deciding on getting this for your dest top then the size should matter. Its a little bigger than about three DVD cases stacked up together. I use it with my labtop so I need an external power source to use it. The size isnt exactly 1 TB, its about 931 GB. Who's counting? Loading things on it goes fairly fast. I would say about 100GB take less than an hour. All in all I haven't had any problems with it freezing or anything like that. I am happy with my purchase! What I love about this is that it has a lot of space. I set it up to back up my entire computer and it works out very very nicely. I decided to buy this because it was a "buy it now or best offer" and the seller took $15 lower than the buy it now price. Secondly, this product was recommended to me by a friend because it works with mac and PC, and when you use it for mac, all you have to do is format it, and then set it up as your "time machine device" if you please, and your computer will do backups whenever you want it to if you do not have a schedule for it set up. A good value for quality merchandise and easy to use.
I've never had a problem with Seagate products to begin with. This is a very easy to use (plug & play) device and I was able to easily and quickly put all of my computer files on it for backup with plenty of room to spare. A good value, with quality, for the price.
