Considering the condition of this used watch..it was a great value. I’ve always wondered what an edifice was all about. And I wasn’t disappointed. Everything u could want in a watch.

It is a nice looking watch, and it seems to be made from good quality materials. And, If you really only use the analog part of the watch it would be fine for you. But, the digital portions and their various functions are almost useless because the analog hands are covering the digital portions most of the time. When they designed these Edifice watches, they definitely didn't think it through. One small change and it would've made these watches excellent. If they would have designed it so that when you selected any of the digital functions with the mode button, the hands would automatically move to about 2:11(am/pm) so that they wouldn't block any of the digital portions, then automatically move back to the current time whenever you select the normal time mode, the watches would've been completely functional, but with the current design flaw, during most of the day, you can't even see big sections of the digital areas of the watch, so the chronograph, timer, and even the world times are completely useless the majority of the day. The analog hands aren't completely mechanical like the windup watches, they are electronically controlled, so it would've been fairly easy for them to make them move out of the way during the use of key digital features where even partially covered digital numbers make it impossible to use those features. Also, one other issue with the digital portions is that they didn't make the numbers contrast enough from the black background, so it is VERY Difficult to see the digital numbers in anyplace other than a very well lit room or in sunlight. They were clearly more focused on appearance than they were functionality when they designed these watches.Read full review

I would not recommend this watch if you have trouble reading small print or need magnifiers to read. So if you are in your 40s and your eyes are starting to change you might want to reconsider buying this Casio watch. I can tell the time during the day but struggle to view any of the other functions or night time views. Otherwise, this watch is a good choice because it provides many features and is a good value.

I read the instructions online before I bought it and liked the features and it's thinner and less bulky than similar watches but I found the digital display to be dark and difficult to read in anything but direct sunlight. Yes, it has an illuminated display but it's not very bright and is only helpful at night or in a very dark room. Maybe this won't be a problem for you but for me it was a deal breaker. A watch that can not be read in any condition except direct sunlight or a very dark room is unusable to me.

A bigger face,I’m sorry for saying this but the face is to small for a men’s watch, it’s perfect for a lady,or personally I prefer 48mm-52mm on the face of the time piece.so I don’t have to strain my eyes 👀 to look what the time is. In this case I should have ask for more information on the time piece. To bad it didn’t have a bigger face it would have been perfect .
