Item packed inside end of bubblewrap pouch, which was then rolled up and taped to form a padded cylinder. Shipped in a plastic mailer. Now all I need is an IBM 513, 514, or 519 reproducing punch with the mark sense punching option installed. Unfortunately one of those is probably too big to fit in my apartment, definitely couldn't get it down the stairs.
