This iron was advertised as NEW. The Rowenta Steam Iron Pro Box (not the shipping box) was completely torn. There was no proof of purchase or warranty documents in the box. The iron had traces of water in the water receptacle, and it was clear that it had been used. I am less than happy and not satisfied with this seller.

The item was new in original box, box was opened and as described, also the listing (which is from the manufacturer) states that every iron is tested and may show signs of water spots in its tank. Seller (me) wasn't even given the chance to solve the customers concerns. Clearly with only 23 items bought and/or sold, buyer has an opportunity with reaching to find a solution that benefits them.
