Shocking customer service. As others have said-gets sent and then doesn’t move for 5 days and when contacting customer service-they just say ‘it’s on the way’ and ‘relax knowing everything is ok’ when it’s not. When the item finally arrived, it was dirty, scratched and deffo not ‘new’ as advertised-reached out and was told they tested the item before sending-so it’s not new then!!!!!
